The National Association of RV Parks and Campgrounds (ARVC) and builder of fine Lakeside Luxury Park Models, Clayton Home Building Group, have officially entered into a Select Partnership. These two companies will be working together to increase the Lakeside Luxury Park Models brand visibility throughout the year within the outdoor hospitality industry.

Highlights of the partnership include a Clayton Home Building Group sponsorship of a portion of the Takeaway Tours at ARVC’s 2019 Outdoor Hospitality Conference and Expo (OHCE) in Knoxville, Tenn. Attendees participating in this year’s OHCE Takeaway Tours will be touring Clayton’s Maryville, Tenn. headquarters as well as three Knoxville-area ARVC-member parks.

In addition, Lakeside Luxury Park Models will be exhibiting at this year’s OHCE as a Title Sponsor.

The partnership also includes other opportunities for the ARVC community to engage with the Lakeside Luxury Park Models, Clayton Home Building Group brand throughout the year—including sponsorship of member-focused content such as the ARVC Member Handbook and online content intended to educate ARVC members on the ROI of park model RVs.

“We are thrilled to be partnering with the Clayton Home Building Group to promote their Lakeside products on this Select-level Partnership,” says ARVC President and CEO Paul Bambei. “They are a mainstay in our industry and, like ARVC, have always been at the forefront of innovation. Besides increasing engagement opportunities with the ARVC community, this partnership will also allow our members to learn more about the revenue-driving benefits of park models and how they can help drive revenue.”

Clayton also sees the value of a solid partnership with ARVC.

“Relationships like the one with ARVC are so important to Clayton as we continue to seek new markets and ways to deliver innovative housing solutions to families across the country,” says Michael Burleson, Plant Manager of Clayton Addison, home builder of Lakeside Luxury Park Models. “We are committed to continue pushing ourselves to improve our efficiencies, quality, design and home features to provide a beautiful collection of floor plans through the Lakeside Luxury Park Models brand.

As a member-driven association, ARVC’s responsibility to its members is to provide options for their business success, and the ARVC Integrated Partnership Program does just that. It is an opportunity for suppliers to collaborate with ARVC to create customized, branded marketing campaigns to reach the ARVC community throughout the year instead of just at OHCE, as was previously the case.
