ARVC will be updating our database of member profiles with the goal of improving member experience and providing additional security to campground members and their employees. In order to provide this additional layer of security, the new database will require each employee to have a unique email address to log into and edit a campground profile.

AUGUST 14, 2019 — ARVC’s upgraded database, providing additoinal security and an improved user experience, has launched. In order to provide this additional layer of security, the new database will require each employee to have a unique email address to log into and edit a campground profile. Members should have received email communications from ARVC with information, including their unique username. If you did not receive, please contact ARVC at 303-681-0401 or membership@arvc.org.

AUGUST 5, 2019 — Sometimes things just don’t go according to plan. Our plan was to launch an updated member profile database and website today, but we ran into some unforeseen issues and it just didn’t happen.

But doggone it, our members deserve the best, so no matter how long it takes (but let’s hope it’s not too long), we want you to know we’ll be working our tails off to fix the issues and update you along the way.
In the meantime, thanks for your patience.

JULY 16, 2019 — ARVC has announced a revised launch date for its new database of member profiles. The database will now launch on August 5. The delay is due to a software update ARVC had planned to install in September, but has decided instead to install now. The reason being the update will vastly improve the member experience—one of the two primary goals (the other being increased security) of ARVC in this transition. Communications to members regarding this change will begin on July 17 via email, social media and written letter. Stay tuned to this blog for further updates. If you have any questions, please contact us at membership@arvc.org or 303-681-0401.

JULY 1, 2019 — On July 22, 2019 ARVC will be updating our database of member profiles with the goal of improving member experience and providing additional security to campground members and their employees. In order to provide this additional layer of security, the new database will require each employee to have a unique email address to log into and edit a campground profile. More information will be provided in the coming weeks via this blog as well as through email and on the ARVC website and social channels. For now, please keep in mind that once the new database becomes active on July 22, ARVC members will:

  • no longer use their ARVC ID to sign into their arvc.org member portal;
  • need to use a unique email as their username. Campgrounds will no longer be able to share one email for multiple logins;
  • need to provide unique email addresses for all employees to have access to an arvc.org member portal (which is linked to your main campground profile) for educational purposes, event registrations, participation in community groups, earn badges, etc.; and
  • be able assign an administrator or multiple administrators, who can edit campground information and add/remove staff from their profile.

To make this a smooth transition for members and their campground employees, we ask all members to submit updated information via this form any time prior to July 22 or call our office for assistance. You can reach our membership team at 303-681-0401.
