You asked, and we listened. In our in-depth review of feedback from past conferences, we repeatedly saw that seasoned leaders want to take a deeper dive into topics that are essential to running their parks. That’s why we’re pleased to announce that we will be offering three NEW Master Classes at the 2021 Outdoor Hospitality Conference and Expo (OHCE) on November 8-11 in Raleigh, N.C.

These Master Classes, which will be offered at no additional charge to conference registrants, will take place at the Sheraton Raleigh Hotel, located right across the street from the conference headquarters, the Raleigh Convention Center.

Tuesday, November 9, 10:00 – 11:30 am

Ways it’s My Fault – Understanding Mindset in Leadership

ARVC’s own Robert Bouse, Director of Operations at Travel Resorts, will share the leadership program he developed specifically for his team. His session will dovetail nicely with the presentation on Leveraging Your Mindset by our keynote speaker, celebrity hypnotist and motivational speaker Ricky Kalmon.

Enhancing the Guest Experience the Disney Way, 2:00 – 3:30 pm

This session will be presented by one of the outdoor hospitality industry’s most popular speakers, John Formica, also known as “Mr. Disney,” who is a former executive at The Campsites at Disney’s Fort Wilderness Resort.

Wednesday, November 10, 9:30 – 11:00 am

Through the Lens: The Art of Seeing the Big Picture!

Destination marketing guru and acclaimed author Ron Rosenberg is customizing this class for our attendees on how to Get Focused and Dominate your Marketing Now and in the Future.
