Just like ARVC’s in-person Outdoor Hospitality Conference & Expo (OHCE) events held in previous years, 2020’s virtual conference on November 2-5 will be packed with educational sessions, industry insights and networking along with an Expo offering product presentations and demonstrations. Here are a few things you need to know:

  1. You can save money by registering NOW, plus you can bring the whole team! Full conference registration is currently $199 (and $49 each for add-on registration for others at your park), but the rates will go up to $299 ($59 for add-ons) on October 13 so register today! While you may be tempted to share your login with your team members, make sure they each get their own. Only those with a unique login will be eligible to receive Continuing Education Units (CEUs). You can also apply for a scholarship to cover the cost of add-on registrations.
  2. There’s a way you can attend FREE. It wouldn’t be an OHCE without the opportunity to learn about the newest products and services our industry has to offer. That’s what you’ll be able to do at our virtual Expo. And if you apply for and are accepted into our Hosted Buyer Program, your conference registration will be FREE! All you’ll need to do is attend five virtual meetings with the vendors that match your needs. Your registration fee will then be refunded for doing what you would do anywayshop for the best products and services for your park.
  3. The conference won’t feel like an endless Zoom meeting. This year’s virtual OHCE will be highly interactive, featuring easy-to-digest blocks of information along with stretching and entertainment breaks built in along the way. So don’t worryyou won’t just be sitting in front of your computer for eight hours a day. Plus, you can still be social! Great networking has always been a highlight of OHCE, and you’ll have plenty of opportunities. You’ll be able to create a profile so you can ask the speakers questions, interact with other attendees and post on our social media wall. You’ll even be able to drop into meeting rooms for one-one-one or small group chats.
  4. You’ll be in control. As a registered attendee, you’ll have your own dashboard where you can create a schedule that works for you. And if you’re in the middle of a session when an issue comes up at your park that needs your attention, don’t worry. All sessions will be recorded and permanently made available on-demand after the conference so you can catch up on what you missed whenever it’s convenient for you.
  5. You can use your choice of devices. The OHCE2020 platform will be compatible with Windows and Apple computers, laptops and tablets as well as iPhone and Android phones. That means you can log in to the conference from anywhere you have service, whether it’s in your office, in the comfort of your home or in the middle of your campground.

This year’s conference will be an incredible value! Not only will you save on travel costs, but the information, ideas and insights you’ll gain will help prepare you to take your park’s operations to a new level in 2021. So be sure to register today to take advantage of our early bird registration rates before they end on October 12.
