As one of the most popular sessions at OHCE2018 and OHCE2019, it is clear the Reservation Systems panel is an absolute hit and needs to be a staple of OHCE each year,” says Paula HorwitzARVC’s executive director of education and events. Bringing representatives from each of the systems together allows attendees a ‘one-stop-shop’ to understand, the key features each company offers. Followed by an open Q&A, attendees are equipped to hit the virtual Expo Hall floor and dive into conversations with their unique needs in mindThe companies get everyone’s undivided attention, and the attendees are better prepared to make decisions to meet their park’s needs. It’s a win-win for everyone.”

Representatives of seven reservation management systems will take the stage to introduce their products, followed by a 40-minute, interactive Q&A session with the audience. The event will be moderated by Joe Moore, CPO, OHC, the Supplier Council representative on the ARVC Board of Directors.

The session will take place from 2-3pm ET on Tue., Nov. 3, two days prior to the virtual expo portion of OHCE, allowing attendees to be more comfortable once the Expo portion of the conference gets under way. OHCE attendees are able to submit questions to info@arvc.org ahead of time to better prepare panelists and the moderator.
